Terms of Service

These terms ("Terms") govern your use of Pipelizo. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to be bound by them. If you're accepting on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.

Pipelizo provides a hosted sales pipeline CRM. We commit to 99.9% monthly uptime for Growth customers and 99.99% for Scale. Service credits apply per our SLA, available on request.

We may evolve the product; we will not materially reduce features in the plan you purchased without 60 days' notice.

You are responsible for activity in your account, for safeguarding credentials, and for the conduct of users you invite. Notify us immediately of suspected unauthorized access.

You agree not to: reverse-engineer the service, attempt to circumvent rate limits, use the service to send spam, or use it to violate any law.

You own your customer data. We claim no rights to it beyond the licenses we need to operate the service for you. On termination, you may export your data for 90 days; after that, we delete it.

You grant us a license to use feedback you provide to improve the service, with no obligation of compensation or attribution.

Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually, in USD. Annual plans are non-refundable after 30 days. Taxes are billed where applicable.

Failure to pay may result in service suspension after 14 days' notice.

You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Monthly plans end at the next billing cycle; annual plans end at term.

We may suspend or terminate for material breach with 30 days' written notice and reasonable opportunity to cure, or immediately for gross breach.

Pipelizo is provided "as is" with no implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, beyond those that cannot be lawfully disclaimed.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts of Wilmington, Delaware.
