Privacy Policy

Pipelizo, Inc. ("Pipelizo", "we") operates the sales pipeline CRM available at pipelizo.com and the Pipelizo applications. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and your rights over it.

Pipelizo is the data controller for personal data collected through our marketing site and the data processor for customer data stored inside customer workspaces.

Account data — name, work email, company, and password hash. Required to create an account.

Workspace data — contacts, deals, activities, and other CRM records you (or your team) import or create.

Usage data — feature usage, error reports, and performance metrics. We use this to improve the product. You can opt out under Settings → Privacy.

Marketing data — what you click on this site, what email campaigns you open. Used only for our own marketing.

To provide and improve the service, to communicate with you about your account, to investigate fraud and abuse, to comply with legal obligations, and (where you've opted in) to send marketing communications.

We do not sell personal data. We do not train AI models on your customer workspace data without explicit per-workspace consent.

Pipelizo customer data is stored in your selected region: EU (Frankfurt), UK (London), US (Virginia), or APAC (Singapore). Data does not leave your region except for product telemetry, which is aggregated and anonymized.

Marketing-site analytics data is stored in the EU regardless of visitor location.

We share data with sub-processors strictly necessary to operate the service (cloud hosting, email delivery, payment processing). A full and current list of sub-processors is maintained at pipelizo.com/sub-processors.

We will disclose data to authorities only when legally compelled — and we publish an annual transparency report.

You have the right to access, correct, delete, port, or object to the processing of your personal data. Submit requests via your account settings or by emailing support@pipelizo.com — we respond within 14 days.

EU residents may lodge a complaint with the Irish Data Protection Commission (our EU lead supervisory authority).

Account data is retained for the lifetime of your account plus 90 days. Workspace data is retained until you delete it. Backups are purged on a 35-day rolling cycle.

On account closure, all customer data is permanently deleted within 30 days unless legally required to retain.

Pipelizo is a B2B product and is not intended for use by anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

We will notify you of material changes via email and an in-app banner at least 30 days before they take effect. Prior versions of this policy are archived in our changelog.
